Aglio Aurio with lotus root

ingredients:

Lentil . .200g
garlic .... 1 clove
1 red pepper . 1 red pepper
Olive oil .... 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper ... to taste

Recipe:

1. Peel lotus root and soak it in water for 10 minutes to remove the scum.
2. Cut lotus root into pieces and mince garlic.
3. Pour olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic and heat.
4. When garlic starts to brown, put lotus root in the pan, cover with a lid and let it steam for 10 minutes.
5.Add red pepper slices and season with salt and pepper.
