Konnyaku with Miso paste

ingredients:

Konnyaku . .150g
Sugar ... 3 tablespoons
Miso paste .... 3 tablespoons
Sake ... 2 tablespoons
Mirin (sweet rice wine) ... 1 1/2 tablespoons

Recipe:

1. Sprinkle salt on konnyaku and wash off the salt with water after 10 minutes.
2. Put a hidden knife on one side of konnyaku and boil it in boiling water for 10 minutes.
