Marinated red onion and tomato
ingredients:
1/4 red onion
2 large tomatoes
5 large leaves
. 1 teaspoon salt Salt . 1 teaspoon
A, sugar . 1 tablespoon
A. Rice vinegar ... 1 tablespoon
B. Balsamic vinegar ... 1 tablespoon
B. Olive oil ... 1 tablespoon
B. Salt and pepper ... . 1 tablespoon
Recipe:
Thinly slice red onion, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt and let stand for 20 minutes.
2. When onions are soft, rinse in cold water and drain.
3. Combine 2 and seasoning A and soak for 2 hours.
