Temaki-zushi

ingredients:

Grilled nori (whole sheet) ... 5 sheets
Freshly cooked rice ... 3 cups
Salmon . .100g
Cucumber . . 100g
Tuna ... 100g

【Sushi vinegar】
A.sugar... 2 tablespoons
A.salt...1 teaspoon
A.vinegar...4 tablespoons

Recipe:

【Sumeshi】
Put (A) in a bowl and mix (sushi vinegar).
Put the rice in a separate bowl, pour the sushi vinegar over the rice and mix with a wooden spoon to cut the rice. Add shiso leaves and white sesame seeds and mix gently (sushi rice).

1.Place the rice on the left side from the center of the nori and form a triangle. (The amount of rice should be small.
2.Place the salmon and cucumber on the center of the rice at a diagonal left angle.
3.Wrap the bottom left corner of the nori around the rice, wrapping it around the rice in the upper right direction.
