Somen noodles . 4 bunches
Ginger ... Appropriate amount
Small green onion ... Appropriate amount
Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) . 1/4 cup
Soy sauce .... 1/4 cup
Dashi stock .... . 1 1/2 cups
Recipe:
1. Peel and grate ginger. Cut small onion into small pieces.
2.Boil plenty of water in a pot and cook the somen noodles. After boiling, rinse well under running water.
3.Add water and ice to a bowl and serve the somen noodles with chopped myoga, green onion, and the somen dipping sauce.
