grilled squid wheat flour pancake

ingredients:

Squid... 1 cup
Eggs ... 2 eggs
Flour.... .150g
Potato starch .... 1 teaspoon
Salt ... a pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper ... a pinch
Water . . 200 ml
Salad oil ... As needed
Okonomiyaki sauce .... As needed
Mayonnaise .... As needed

Recipe:

1.Remove guts, cartilage, and suckers from squid and wash well.
2.Cut body into 1 cm wide round slices and legs into 4 to 5 cm lengths.
Mix flour, potato starch, salt, pepper, granulated bonito stock, and water in a bowl, and add (1).
3.Spread salad oil in a hot frying pan, pour in half of (2), and crack an egg into the center.
4.When the edges of the whites are set, mash the yolks and flip them over. Press firmly onto the pan and when browned, place in a serving bowl.
Top with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise.
