Udon noodles with egg

ingredients:

(2 servings)
Udon noodles 2 balls
Eggs .... 2 eggs
Dashi stock .... 800cc
Soy sauce .... 2 1/2 tablespoons
2 1/2 tablespoons mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
Salt ... 1/4 tsp.
Potato starch dissolved in water
Potato starch ... 2 1/2 tablespoons
Water ... 2 1/2 tablespoons
Green onion ... As much as you like

Recipe:

1. Put soup stock in a pot over medium heat, add potato starch dissolved in water and let it thicken.
2.When the soup stock comes to a boil, add beaten eggs and mix well each time.
3.Place the boiled udon noodles in a bowl and pour the broth over the udon noodles.
4.Top with green onions.
