Eho-maki (wrapped sushi),

ingredients:

Ingredients for thick rolls (for 5 rolls)
Grilled nori (whole sheet) ... 5 sheets
Freshly cooked rice ... 3 cups
Salmon . .100g
Cucumber . . 100g
Tuna ... 100g

【Sushi vinegar】
A.sugar... 2 tablespoons
A.salt...1 teaspoon
A.vinegar...4 tablespoons

Recipe:

【Sumeshi】
Put (A) in a bowl and mix (sushi vinegar).
Put the rice in a separate bowl, pour the sushi vinegar over the rice and mix with a wooden spoon to cut the rice. Add shiso leaves and white sesame seeds and mix gently (sushi rice).

1.Place grilled nori on the sushi mat and spread half of the sushi rice over the entire surface, leaving about 3 cm above the rice. Arrange half of the ingredients a little below the center.
2.Roll it up while pressing down Tuna, Salmon, Cucumber with your fingers.
3. Roll the end of the sushi rice down and press down with both hands on the top of the sushi mat to form the shape of the rice. Roll up one more time.
