Simmered pumpkin

ingredients:

Pumpkin . 1/4 of a pumpkin (300g)
Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) ... 1 tablespoon
Sugar ... 1 tablespoon sugar
Salt ... a pinch
Soy sauce ... 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Water ... 200cc

Recipe:

1.Remove seeds and seeds from pumpkin and cut into bite-sized pieces (2 to 3 cm).
2.Cut off the tough part of the skin as if scraping.
3.Put the pumpkin and ☆ in a pot over medium heat, bring to a boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes until the pumpkin can be easily pierced with a bamboo skewer.
